participated in
the ever-popular
annual Car Fiesta
held in El Ingenio’s
carpark. The event was supported by many car vendors, and visitors were treated
to a huge display of choice. Juan Miguel Peña Clavijo, General Manager says “My
team at Garum Motors here in Velez Malaga were really pleased with the attendance,
this has been an excellent year for us and we actually sold 15 cars at the show with
interest in future orders”. For Insight’s Editor it was like walking into a sweet shop!

an unforgettable week in Competa!

Cultural association Luz de la Vida & Galeria Luz de la Vida held from the 12th till the 19th
October the 5th International Art Symposium LUZ. A special group of professional artists
visited the charming mountain village Cómpeta. Lieuwke Loth, an artist herself who also
runs the art Galeria Luz de la Vida, organises this annual event. This time 13 artists were

Lebuïn d’Haese (Belgium), Tanja Eigendaal
(Denmark), Lee Youngji (Korea), Natalya
Zaloznaya (Belarus), Wieland Schoeffner
(Germany), Ronald Kleijer (Netherlands/
Earlier this month the Buena Vista Petanca Club Uzbekistan), Lidia Simeonova USA/
